Deep Dive on the Doubt Condition
How to resolve inner conflict and restore commitment

🤔 What Is the Doubt Condition?

The Doubt Condition is when a person or group is stuck between two or more choices — unable to fully commit.

“Doubt occurs when a person is uncertain about who to align with, what group to support, or what direction to take.”

This can show up in ways like:

  1. “Should I stay or leave this company?”
  2. “Do I follow the manager or my team?”
  3. “Is this policy really right?”
  4. “Do I support this mission or do my own thing?”

Unresolved doubt leads to inaction, covert resistance, or even sabotage — whether the person intends it or not.

📉 Stat Pattern for Doubt

A person in Doubt often shows:

  1. Stuck, flat stats
  2. Unstable ups and downs
  3. Partial or inconsistent performance
  4. Energy in the wrong direction

Doubt can follow after a drop from higher conditions (like Normal or Affluence) — especially if integrity or alignment issues are present.

📘 The Formula for Doubt (Simplified)

Here’s the full Doubt Formula as per Admin Tech:

  1. Inform oneself honestly of the actual intentions and activities of the group, project, or individual one has doubts about.
  2. Examine the statistics and products of that group, project, or individual.
  3. Evaluate oneself and one’s own group, project, or position.
  4. Compare the above and decide which has the better intentions and products.
  5. Make up one's mind honestly as to which group, project, or person one should be connected with.
  6. Align oneself with that group, project, or individual.
  7. Do all possible to improve the actions and survival of the group one has decided to support.
  8. Defend and support that group and act in alignment with its goals.

✅ It’s a full decision-making process — based on facts and production, not emotion or politics.

👤 Emmanuel in Doubt: A Case Example

Emmanuel, the technician, has been in the company 3 months. At first, he was productive, hitting 5+ sites/week.

Now:

  1. His stats are flat
  2. He avoids leadership
  3. He complains quietly
  4. He considers a job at another company

He’s in Doubt — not sure whether to commit or leave.

His coach sits with him and helps him:

  1. Look at the company’s actual track record and vision
  2. Compare his experience, values, and purpose
  3. Analyze whether leaving is truly better or just a reaction
  4. Decide and act

Emmanuel eventually decides to stay and recommit, helping train new techs and regaining upward stats.

🧠 What If Someone Stays… But Doesn’t Decide?

If a person is in Doubt but doesn’t complete the formula:

  1. They’ll be physically present but mentally gone
  2. They may sabotage others or disconnect internally
  3. Their performance will not recover

The Doubt Formula must be done to completion, not just thought about.

✅ What You Just Learned

  1. Doubt means being torn between two groups or choices
  2. It shows in stuck stats, inner conflict, or withdrawal
  3. The formula requires honest comparison and action
  4. It’s a turning point condition — for better or worse

🛠️ What You Can Do Next

  1. Think of someone in your team showing signs of “mental disconnection”
  2. Check their stat — is it flat or unstable?
  3. Invite them to walk through the Doubt Formula
  4. Let them compare honestly — no pressure
  5. Once decided, help them take actions aligned with their choice
